Globe Energy Services Announces Acquisition of Musslewhite
Snyder, Texas, December 20, 2012 – Globe Energy Services, L.L.C. (“Globe”) has announced the acquisition of Paul Musslewhite Trucking Co., LLC., and affiliated entities (“Musslewhite”) in Levelland, Texas. Musslewhite is a Permian-based fluid services company founded in 1937. The combined fleet includes over 700 fluid service trucks, almost 2,500 tanks and 28 saltwater disposal facilities. Following the acquisition, the company will have over 1,900 employees. Musslewhite will operate under the Globe name.
